We Post WORLDWIDE
( yes that includes the US )

All our items are handmade to order and we pride ourselves in delivering you a first rate service and product. Whether you order 1 item or many, they all get treated the same and when we are 100% satisfied then we will post. But please remember that your order could take upto 3 weeks if we have a lot of orders before yours, we will tell you if we're really busy.

We use either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royail Mail Special Delivery (dependant on cost of item sending) for all of our UK parcels upto 2Kg and Parcelforce Express for items from 2Kg - 5Kg, ALL UK P&P is now FREE. Recorded Delivery will require a signature on delivery. This is mainly for our peace of mind knowing that your parcel has been delivered.

All our overseas orders are priced either with Royal Mail International for Lightweight goods under 2kg or with ParcelForce Worldwide, UPS, FedEx or DPD Tracked, for our Heavier goods which are over 2kg.

Your items are quality checked throughout their production and you should not have any problems with them. However, if you do please contact us on receipt of your parcel via our contact and we will try and sort out any issues with you.

We appreciate due to the weight of some of our items the postage can become expensive for international orders, but let us assure you that we do not profit from postal charges unlike some other online shops and We don’t want the cost of postage to put you off your purchase, so if your shipping cost is too high, then please contact us and we’ll try and find a cheaper shipping courier method for you. We will not however send anything through the post unless it has been fully insured, tracked and has proof of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE
FOR EU AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (NON UK)

Since the United Kingdom left the European Union on 1st January 2020, please be aware that you may be liable to pay sales tax (also known as VAT, TVA, or GST) and import duty when our parcel arrives in your country.

For customers outside the United Kingdom, the value of goods in your parcel will affect the price that you pay in import tax and duty. For customers in the EU, generally, items below EUR22 can be imported completely tax-free. Above this amount, sales tax is charged at between 20% and 25% on the value of goods depending on the current sales tax rate in your country.

Import duty is an additional tax which is charged on order values over approximately EUR150. Duty rates vary depending on the type of product being imported, and vary between 5% and typically, 15%.

Sales tax and import tax are set by national governments, and are not something that Blue's Bushcraft Boutique can control. Please check the website of your national government for current import tax and duty rates.

Finally, please be aware that your local postal service may charge a fee for processing VAT and duty payments on your behalf. This fee will vary from carrier to carrier - check with your postal service or courier for the current rate.
Thanks.
